Shipping

We require 2-4 business days to process all orders prior to shipping.  Shipping time varies depending on shipping destination, generally 1-5 days for orders within the continental US. Expect longer shipping times for orders to Canada, Alaska, and HI.  We ship with FedEx ground within the continental US

All baskets are inspected for damage before shipping. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. You must provide a home or business address. If you would like to have your order expedited please email us at hello@zukubaskets.com

You will receive automated tracking information from Fed-ex once your order ships. The automated email may go to your junk mail, so be sure to check there.

Currently, we are shipping only to the US and Canada.

International Shipping is shipped using USPS or FedEx. Zuku Baskets is not responsible for any additional charges, custom fees, or duties once your package has reached your country

Return Policy

  • All sales are final and cannot be returned.
  • If your basket arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • The customer is responsible for all freight on returned items.
